There are three double bedrooms, all with two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, living - dining room and two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub.
It has a cosy balcony with sea views.
Ideal location to be a few minutes walk from one of the best beaches in the north of the island, the best restaurants and shops.
- Tourist tax: 2,20 € per person (16 years or older) and night until the eighth night, then 1,10 €. From November to April 0,55 € and 0,27 € respectively.
- Electricity and air conditioning included.
- Deposit 300,00 €.

The apartment has been clean, nice, well equipped. As well, the support has been without any issue. Just one note that we had windows to the street with pretty high traffic and twice a day the noisy garbage truck arrived to clean up the dustbins. Morsee more

El departamento es muy lindo y lo recibimos súper limpio. Está muy cerca del mar y se puede llegar a todos lados caminando máximos 15 minutos.
El único problema es el vecino de abajo, quien nos hostigo hasta el punto de llamar a la policía por prsee more

El único problema es el vecino de abajo, quien nos hostigo hasta el punto de llamar a la policía por presuntas fiestas, cuando el único ruido que había eran conversaciones a un volumen normal. A un punto el temor era tan grande a que venga la policía otra vez, que debíamos hablar susurrando y caminar de puntillas. Muy incómodo ese factor. El resto fue hermoso. |
