There is also a paved parking lot in front of the house.
Outside there is a dining area as well as a barbecue area and private, secluded garden with direct access to the beach.
There is also a large terrace upstairs From all bedrooms you have direct access to the terrace or the garden.
In the salon is a sweeping leather sofa with chaise longue. The elegant dining area can accommodate up to 8 people.
Separated by a sliding glass door is the modern kitchen.
In this open environment, a large kitchen island dominates the spacious and functional kitchen, which is fully equipped with high quality appliances.
