Fantastic villa in Ariany,
If you are looking for a charming accommodation with all the comforts, in Villa Capitana you will find it.
Capacity for 6 people,
The house is divided into two floors.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes during your holidays with a cosy living-dining room.
On the first floor there is also another living room.
Three bedrooms, two of them with double bed and the third one with two single beds.
Two bathrooms with shower.
Wonderful outdoor area that will not leave you indifferent.
There are several areas prepared with chairs and tables so that you can enjoy the area you like most in the house.
There is also a covered porch with a wood barbecue where you can spend pleasant evenings with your family and friends.
Or if you prefer, you can have lunch or dinner in the pleasant picnic area.
There is a large salt swimming pool to cool off on hot days and sun loungers to enjoy the good weather, so characteristic of Mallorca.
The children will enjoy themselves as much as the adults, as there is a trampoline, swings, a ping pong table, a badminton net, football goals and plenty of land to play on.
There is central heating and fans.
It is a perfect villa to enjoy with your family and friends with all the comforts.
The location is also ideal to be close to the best beaches in the north of Mallorca.

Sehr schöne Finca in sehr abgelegenem Gebiet. Man hat dort vollkommen seine Ruhe. Alles war sauber und wenn man ein Anliegen hatte, wurde einem schnell geantwortet. Ein Auto ist hier zwingend notwendig.

The house is great! Large garden, large pool. Nice rooms and all basic tools are available. The grill is awesome, and even under a new roof which isn’t even on the pictures yet. We were a group of five 19-year olds, so the very distant location wasn’see more

We were a group of five 19-year olds, so the very distant location wasn’t that awesome. Everything else is Perfect! If you are looking for a nice and relaxed family vacation it’s the perfect house! If you want to party, maybe look for something closer to Palma. Unless you mind driving an hour to Palma and another back home again. Like I said, except the location, everything is awesome and I would highly recommend it!

Wir haben uns in dieser wunderschönen Finca sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne erholsame Woche inmitten von Feldern und Orangenbäumen. Die Besitzerin hat uns gleich am nächsten Tag besucht, da wir ein klitzekleines Problem mit der Kaffeemaschinsee more
Wir haben uns in dieser wunderschönen Finca sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne erholsame Woche inmitten von Feldern und Orangenbäumen. Die Besitzerin hat uns gleich am nächsten Tag besucht, da wir ein klitzekleines Problem mit der Kaffeemaschine hatten und sich um alles gekümmert. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlichen und wir haben viel gelacht, da wir kein spanisch sprechen, haben wir mit „Hände und Füße“ kommuniziert.
Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Mallorca Charme für die großartige Unterstützung und Betreuung vor Ort. Lieber Toni Pons, was hätten wir bloß ohne sie gemacht. Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal für die großartige Unterstützung und Hilfe nach unserem Verkehrsunfall. Ohne sie hätten wir unseren Flieger nach Hause nicht mehr erreicht. Ihre Ruhe und Hilfsbereitschaft in dieser für uns sehr schwierigen Situation war einfach großartig. Das was sie für uns getan haben, war nicht selbstverständlich. Vielen, vielen Dank . Wir haben das zweite Mal über Mallorca Charme gebucht und werden es mit Sicherheit wieder tun. Wer Wert auf einen schönen Urlaub und hervorragende Betreuung legt, ist hier Gold richtig. Sollten wir wieder in Mallorca sein, werden wir sie in ihrem Büro besuchen. Bis dahin verbleiben wir mit lieben Grüßen Wolfgang und Jenny Kitow |
