It has 4 double bedrooms (3 with air conditioning, all heated), 3 bathrooms and a spacious living room with reading area and a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area to enjoy nice meals in family or a nice group of friends.
From the cozy terraces of the house you can enjoy the mountains and the beautiful garden in a very quiet place. The house has a large swimming pool, barbecue. Solarium and fruit trees at the garden. Excellent area to take to hike or bike rides.
- Tourist tax: 2,20 € per person (16 years or older) and night until the eighth night, then 1,10 €. From November to April 0,55 € and 0,27 € respectively.
- Electricity and air conditioning according to consumption (0,40 €/Kw).
- Deposit 500,00 €.
