Fantastic and cozy villa in Muro.
Located between Muro and Can Picafort, only 5 minutes from the beach.
Capacity for 6 people.
In the ground floor there is the living room and the kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Fully equipped kitchen connected with the porch. In the living room there are two comfortable sofas with satellite TV and it also communicates with the porch.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with bathtub.
Conditioned porch with two areas to eat.
Cozy outdoor area, garden surrounded by orange trees, swimming pool of 3x5 meters, sunbeds, barbecue area and ping pong table to enjoy pleasant meals and evenings in the company of family or friends.
The whole house is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi.
- Tourist tax: 2,20 € per person (16 years or older) and night until the eighth night, then 1,10 €. From November to April 0,55 € and 0,27 € respectively.
- Deposit 300,00 €.

Excellent service and very good communication. If we ever come back to Mallorca, no doubt this will be our home again!!!! |

L'emplacement est parfait, nous sommes allés jouer au tennis à Manacor pendant quelques jours, puis nous nous sommes arrêtés à la belle plage de Can Picafort. |

Somos una familia de cinco personas y nuestra estancia en la Finca Son Morey ha sido estupenda.
La propiedad es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Un edificio bonito, agradable y comodo, con una fantastica estancia para comer y cenar con grandes ventsee more
Somos una familia de cinco personas y nuestra estancia en la Finca Son Morey ha sido estupenda.
La propiedad es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Un edificio bonito, agradable y comodo, con una fantastica estancia para comer y cenar con grandes ventanales hacia el jardin y la piscina. El entorno es rural y muy tranquilo, con todas sus caracteristicas. El edificio esta rodeado de naranjos, limoneros e higueras, todas formando parte de la propiedad. El pueblo de Muro, con todos sus servicios, esta a unos pocos kilometros y la bahia de Alcudia tambien relativamente cercana en coche. |
