Great villa with pool in the north of Can Mallorca.
It is situated between Muro and Can Picafort, only 3 km from the beach.
Capacity for 10 people.
Large living room. Fully equipped kitchen that connects to another living room with a fireplace.
There are a total of 6 rooms, three with double beds and the other three with two single beds. There are four bathrooms, one with a shower and the others with a bathtub.
Spectacular outside area. Large swimming pool with waterfall, sun beds, various rest areas, barbecue, children's play area and beach volleyball court.
- Tourist tax: 2,20 € per person (16 years or older) and night until the eighth night, then 1,10 €. From November to April 0,55 € and 0,27 € respectively.
- Electricity and air conditioning according to consumption (0,27 €/Kw).
- Optional heating at 15€ per day
- Option of fencing the pool 150,00 €.
- Deposit 300,00 €.
