Beautiful villa situated in the east of the island.
The establishment is only 3 km from Petra, where you will find restaurants and small supermarkets. The nearest main town is Sineu, where you will find more shops and the famous weekly market on Wednesday.
Capacity for up to 16 people.
Furnished house with high quality furniture, large and comfortable living area. Fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with single beds, both with private bathrooms. On the first floor are the rest of the bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, and there is also a living room where additional beds can be made available on request.
Wonderful outside area with large garden, swimming pool, sun beds and barbecue to enjoy the pleasant Mallorcan weather and company. You can also rent tennis courts and table tennis.
- Tourist tax: 2,20 € per person (16 years or older) and night until the eighth night, then 1,10 €. From November to April 0,55 € and 0,27 € respectively.
- Electricity and air conditioning included.
- Deposit 300.00 €.

- Parties not allowed
- Intermediate cleaning 20,00 €/hour (optional)
Other services:
- Extra bed 25,00 €/night and 2nd cot + highchair 8,00 €/night
