Great house in a quiet location, with sensational views to the Puig de Bonany.
The luxurious property is situated in a quiet location near Petra. The total area of the property is approximately 14 000 m². The house is perfect for big family or large group of friends.
On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with all necesary to spend a great evening is tv, dvd, cd players also internet connections. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. A washing machine is available. There are also two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds all of them on suite with bathtub, also at the ground floor there is a guest toilet.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms with two single beds on suite with bathtub. Two of the four bedrooms has direct access to the large balcony with great views.
From the front of the house, you find covered terrace,with nice garden furniture. Lovely size swimming pool with lovely sun beds waiting for you to enjoy the sensational weather, also by the terrace you will find a grill bbq to enjoy nice evenings meals at the sunshine.
- Tourist tax: 2,20 € per person (16 years or older) and night until the eighth night, then 1,10 €. From November to April 0,55 € and 0,27 € respectively.
- Electricity and air conditioning included.
- Deposit 300.00 €.

- Intermediate cleaning 20,00 €/hour (optional)
