Great house in a quiet location, with a sensational view to the fields.
The house has two diferents levels , each of them has access to the outside area.On the ground floor is the dinning area with a kitchen and also has a fireplace if you decide to come in winter time, at the same level you will find three bedrooms with two single beds in each, on suite all of them with bathtub.
On the first floor is the living area with fireplace, a laundry room and three additional bedrooms,three of them on suite,two of the bedrooms with double beds, also from here you will find access to the outside area,.the master bedroom is furnished with a double large bed.
A private swimming pool with a size of 115 m² has sun beds and comfortable seating areas are available outside you will find several terraces some of them covered.
- Tourist tax: 2,20 € per person (16 years or older) and night until the eighth night, then 1,10 €. From November to April 0,55 € and 0,27 € respectively.
- Electricity and air conditioning included.
- Deposit 300.00 €.
- Pets are not allowed
- Parties not allowed
- Intermediate cleaning 20,00 €/hour (optional)
Other services:
- Extra bed 25,00 €/night and 2nd cot + highchair 8,00 €/night
- Tennis court:
· July and August 15,00 €/hour
