The property is located in a quiet area of Santa Margalida, in a relaxed atmosphere, but very close to everything you need and only a few minutes drive from the best beaches of Mallorca.
It can accommodate up to 4 people, there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds). On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and the living room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
Beautiful outdoor area with a large terrace and garden, swimming pool and barbecue, where you can enjoy pleasant meals with family or friends.
- Tourist tax: 2,20 € per person (16 years or older) and night until the eighth night, then 1,10 €. From November to April 0,55 € and 0,27 € respectively.
- Deposit 300,00 €.

We stayed for almost 4 weeks, combining vacation with remote work when Covid lockdowns were just easing. The fiber internet speed definitely made remote working very easy. The house has a wonderful garden with fresh fruit and plenty of birds. The poosee more
We stayed for almost 4 weeks, combining vacation with remote work when Covid lockdowns were just easing. The fiber internet speed definitely made remote working very easy. The house has a wonderful garden with fresh fruit and plenty of birds. The pool is cleaned very frequently and always invites to take a plunge. There is always a place to sit in the sun (or in the shade) and from the roof terrace the sundown is magnificent. The location, Sta Margalida, is a quiet small village, away from the tourists at the coast (though this is just a 10 minute drive). We loved the peace and quiet and having drinks with the locals at the local bar in the center. Plenty of nice restaurants are within 10 - 20 min driving in Manacor, Arta, Alcudia (the last 2 are a bit touristy)along the road. The owner as well as Mallorca Charme were always very responsive with all our inquiries and made sure that our stay was great.

In general, we really recommend this accommodation which is quite well equipped with any kind of appliance you could need. The view on the upper terrace is magnificent ! There are plenty of trees in the garden with several kind of fruit (ripe if you’re lucky ). A big thanks to the host Jaime for his kindness !

Die letzten Nächte unseres Aufenthaltes waren übermässig warm und die Kälte der Klimanlage im oberen Stock kam vom Kinderzimmer nicht so richtig bis ins Schlafzimmer. Das war nicht so toll!
