With fantastic sea views and a brand new pool and solarium, the property has the atmosphere of a private beach club. Located in the resort of Aucanada, which has some of the best restaurants from the north of the island....
It can accommodate up to six guests.
Access to the property is via a private driveway. And cars can be parked there too.
The pool area is stunning: Infinity pool surrounded by a covered sun terrace equipped with sun loungers, sun mattresses and parasols. It has views of the bay of Alcudia. The pool and sun terrace are illuminated so that you can swim at night.
The house is tastefully decorated and beautifully presented.
A lovely living room overlooks the pool area and the sea, with two sofas, Sat-Tv, Wi-fi,...; The living room opens to a formal dining area with direct access to the pool and the covered terrace. On the other side, the open and fully equipped kitchen.
An open wooden staircase leads to the first floor.
The master suite has a double bed, TV, en-suite and access to the first floor terrace. The terrace is equipped with a dining table and chairs and offers views of the Bay of Alcudia and the Aucanada lighthouse.
The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has access to the first floor terrace.
The third bedroom is also equipped with two single beds and has another en-suite bathroom.
There is another very private bedroom with two single beds and en-suite, which has a separate access.
There are four bathrooms in total.
The back of the property is surrounded by woodland and has a lovely chill-out area. This shaded area has a barbecue and is equipped with sun loungers and chairs.
