It has two double bedrooms, and a capacity for 4 persons, spacious and comfortable living room, bathroom and beautiful balcony with direct views to the beach and the sea.
Terrace 4 m² terrace with furniture, iron, safe, unlimited internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning, communal heated swimming pool, open air parking in the same building, 1 Smart Tv, satellite Tv with languages: Spanish, English, German.
The semi-independent kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and kitchenware.
The flat is located in a very quiet and familiar area next to the sea and only 5m from the sandy beach "Playa del Águila", 10m from the rocky beach "Playa del Águila" and only 100m from the bus station.
The nearest supermarket is 3 km from the supermarket "Supermercado Spar", as for restaurants we have at 5km. the "Restaurante O'Canastro Gallego" and 6 km from the restaurant "West End Restaurant", For leisure is located 9 km from the amusement park "Holidayworld Maspalomas" 13 km from the water park "Aqualand Maspalomas" and 14 km from the golf course "Maspalomas Golf".
