Located a few meters from the beach and very close to everything you may need for your holidays.
It has a living area of 150 m². There are 3 bedrooms available (1x double bed, 2x2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms.
Fully equipped kitchen, large living room.
There is air conditioning in the living room, in the bedroom with a double bed and in the access to the bedrooms with single beds.
There are two terraces, the entrance terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture with sunbeds and the rear terrace, where in addition to outdoor furniture to enjoy the good weather, there is a Jacuzzi and a barbecue.
- Tourist tax: 2,20 € per person (16 years or older) and night until the eighth night, then 1,10 €. From November to April 0,55 € and 0,27 € respectively.
- Electricity and air conditioning according to consumption (0,27 €/Kw)
- Deposit 300,00 €.

Fünf Komilitoninnen und ich teilten uns auf die drei Schlafzimmer auf. Das Haus ist wesentlich geräumiger, als es auf den Fotos ausschaut und ziemlich modern eingerichtet.

Der Urlaub in Can Picafort war so viel schöner als erwartet!
Fünf Komilitoninnen und ich teilten uns auf die drei Schlafzimmer auf. Das Haus ist wesentlich geräumiger, als es auf den Fotos ausschaut und ziemlich modern eingerichtet. Der Schlüssel wurde in einem kleinen Tresor vor dem Haus aufbewahrt- einen Code erhält man zuvor per Mail. Trotzdem kam der Vermieter am ersten Urlaubstag vorbei, um sich vorzustellen und war immer erreichbar! Die Wohnung fanden wir sehr sauber vor und es fand sind genügend Stauraum in den zwei Bädern für fünf Personen. Auch die Küche ist super ausgestattet! Die zweite Terasse wird von einem großen Tuch um den Pool etwas geschützt, sodass genügend Privatsphäre gegeben ist. Der Fußmarsch zum Strand beträgt in etwa 8 Minuten, wo sich die Promenade mit einigen Lokalen erstreckt. Wir sind total begeistert und würden jeder Zeit nochmal das Haus buchen! |

This rental was amazing.
It lived up to our expectation and also exceeded it with a hot tub that wasn't mentioned in the description.
The home was clean with good amenities.
There was also great touches like chocolate, fruit, wine, sun hat and see more

It lived up to our expectation and also exceeded it with a hot tub that wasn't mentioned in the description. The home was clean with good amenities. There was also great touches like chocolate, fruit, wine, sun hat and beach bag! The landlord was fantastic and responded to all our queries quickly. There was crispy clean bedding and sparkling bathrooms. The master bathroom was especially nice with a big bath and walk in shower. Towels, hair dryers, toilet paper and cleaning products were also provided. The location was great if you are looking for a relaxing trip. It was really close to the beach and boardwalk (5 minutes walk) with a supermarket and gas station very near by and many restaurants within the vicinity. We went in April in the off-season, so getting into the main city of Palma was a bit more difficult with fewer buses running and the journey was around 1 1/2 - 2 hours. However, it wasn't so bad, we were able to travel in 3 out of the 5 days of our stay. I would say, overall, that this rental was GREAT! |
