Welcome to this beautiful village house on the outskirts of the Majorcan village of Llubí. From here it is only 15 kilometres to the wonderful sandy beach of 12 kilometres in Can Picafort. Here you are far away from mass tourism and above all to find peace and relaxation.
The village house has a living area of 140 m², is bright and lovingly furnished with modern furniture and offers enough space for 8 people.
The house has 2 floors and is equipped with 4 comfortable bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds, 1 x bunk bed). It has 1 bathroom with bath and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The large living area with cosy safos invites you to linger. The kitchen is fully equipped and even satellite/cable TV as well as internet/WLan you don't have to miss in your well-deserved holiday.
The outdoor area has a pool of 4 x 7m for refreshment on the hot summer days and a fantastic and very well maintained garden area, where sun loungers are already ready for you and invite you to relax. An outdoor barbecue is also available and on the balcony there is comfortable garden furniture to relax on.

- Tourist tax: 2,20 € per person (16 years or older) and night until the eighth night, then 1,10 €. From November to April 0,55 € and 0,27 € respectively.

Owner goes out of her way to please her guests, we had an issue with the oven, the owner gave us a temp solution for one night and then replaced it with a new oven the following day.
Place was clean, a little out of the way however just what we wansee more

Place was clean, a little out of the way however just what we wanted considering the Covid case count started to rise in Majorca. Pool was massive and property generally well kept. Would recommend staying here. |

The house was great. Located a few minutes on foot from the village center (and Llubi is a beautiful place). We were 8 people and there was plenty of room, house was exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything we needed for cooking, barbequsee more

La casa está bien en general, pero tiene varios problemas, por ejemplo no se puede comer a medio día en la terraza, no hay toldo y el sol es insoportable.
Por otro lado nunca me he alojado en una casa que los propietarios tengan que entrar a regar csee more

Por otro lado nunca me he alojado en una casa que los propietarios tengan que entrar a regar cada dos días a la zona de la piscina. Faltan sartenes (solo hay dos) Hemos tenido hormigas hasta en la cama, sé que es una casa y pueden haber hormigas pero se podría poner algún remedio o como mínimo dejar algún spray. No hay ni un jabón de manos en los baños. Algo muy básico y económico. |
