This charming house with a unique view is located in the village of Muro. It is surrounded by a beautiful plot of 7.000 sqm in an absolute dream location, not far from long beaches and the mountains of the Tramuntana mountains. The house has a living space of approximately 350 sqm, is spread over 2 floors and is prepared for 8 people. It offers you a successful mix between a rustic village house with modern comfort.
Upon entry, you enter an imposing lobby and from there to the other rooms. These are all furnished with high quality antique furniture in Mallorcan style. In the cozy living room with fireplace there is satellite TV and WiFi available. On the ground floor there are 3 of the 4 bedrooms, one with direct access to the garden and with toilet and washbasin en suite. Also on the ground floor there are 2 bathrooms with tub.
The traditional Mallorcan kitchen offers all the necessary comfort; Dishwasher and washing machine are also available. The large dining table can accommodate 8 people.
Upstairs is 1 further bedroom and 1 guest toilet.
All bedrooms are equipped with fans, electric heating is available for the winter months.
A special highlight is the enchanted garden. Here life takes place, Here you can take your meals, relax and experience unforgettable moments.
The outdoor area is lovingly designed and offers you always new things to discover. There are plenty of seating, a fountain, a pond, many Mediterranean plants and on the outdoor grill you can prepare the fresh products purchased at the market for a delicious Mediterranean meal. An ideal holiday home to spend a holiday together with family and friends.

Hemos estado la segunda quincena de agosto con 7 personas (entre 9 y 83 años) y hemos estado todos encantados.
Hay suficiente espacio para estar todos juntos y también para disfrutar de momentos solitarios. Se nota mucho la mano cariñosa en la cassee more
Hemos estado la segunda quincena de agosto con 7 personas (entre 9 y 83 años) y hemos estado todos encantados.
Hay suficiente espacio para estar todos juntos y también para disfrutar de momentos solitarios. Se nota mucho la mano cariñosa en la casa y en el jardín, está todo muy bien cuidado y arreglado. Un conjunto muy acogedor y especial. La casa con el comedor grande y la mesa en la terraza con vistas espectaculares invita a cocinar y preparar comidas o cenas suculentas en vez de comer por allí. Hay suficiente vajilla para muchos, pero hay que ser flexible e imaginativo a la hora de preparar comida para siete u ocho con las herramientas/ recipientes. Pero lo que echamos en falta nos proporcionó Cati enseguida. Muchas gracias. La casa es grande y así también "las cocinas". Se tarda unos días hasta que te aprendes dónde está cada cosa entre las dos cocinas, el comedor y la despensa uno se puede perder fácilmente :) |
