The large central towns, Alaior and Es Mercadal, where all local amenities can be found, are less than 10km from the property. The unspoilt north beaches, Binimelá and Pregonda, are less than 10 minutes drive from the property, and Son Parc, where you will find the only golf course on the island, is also 10 minutes by car. Vehicle is necessary.
