Cozy villa with swimming pool a few meters from the sea.
Capacity for 10 people.
The house is divided into two floors.
The ground floor has a total of 3 bedrooms, one with a single bed, one with a double bed and the last one with two single beds. It also has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. There is a cozy living-dining room with television. Fully equipped kitchen.
On the first floor there are 3 other bedrooms (single bed, double bed, two single beds), two bathrooms (bathtub and shower), washing machine, kitchen and living-dining room and a nice balcony.
Air conditioning in the living room.
In the outside area there is a swimming pool with sun beds, garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy pleasant evenings.
Parties not allowed
- Tourist tax: 2,20 € per person (16 years or older) and night until the eighth night, then 1,10 €. From November to April 0,55 € and 0,27 € respectively.
- Electricity, air conditioning and heating included.
- Deposit 300,00 €.

C’est un endroit charmant proche des activités au nord La villa est divisé en deux maisons distincte avec tout en double (cuisine, salle de bain…) très pratique quand on est nombreux ! Attention aux moustiques tout de même la nuit mais à part ça on vsee more
