The villa is located in Alcanada where our guests will find natural beaches, excellent restaurants and the famous Alcanada Golf Club. The beautiful sandy and/or rocky beach as well as the port of Alcudia with all its shops, restaurants and cafes are only a mile away.
The villa is situated on the top of a hill and is surrounded by a beautiful and well maintained garden with exotic and Mediterranean plants and palms.
The property has a large private infinity pool that is framed by a large terrace where our guests will find a dining table and a lounge area with comfortable outdoor sofas, a perfect place to spend few hours relaxing. There is also a barbecue, six sun loungers, an outdoor bathroom and a shower for your comfort.
This air-conditioned property with stunning views of the bay of Alcudia is perfect for large groups of guests or two families looking for more privacy. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and is divided into two parts with separate living areas and kitchens.
Inside, the entire villa is bright and spacious and makes you feel immediately at home.
On the main floor our guests will find a bright and cosy living room with two large sofas that is connected to the kitchen with its dining area and also has direct access to the outside terrace and garden.
Right next door is the fully equipped kitchen that offers everything our guests need to prepare their meals. The dining table with eight chairs invites to a relaxed dinner.
There are two spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds and large wardrobes. There is also another bedroom with two single beds perfect for children.

On the first floor our guests will find another spacious and bright living room with comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a dining room with large table.
The floor-to-ceiling glass doors offer direct access to the large balcony which is equipped with another dining table to enjoy meals with incredible ocean views.
The large, fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table connects to the living room.
There are three bedrooms with two single beds each on the first floor. All are bright and spacious and offer plenty of storage space.
Two more full bathrooms on this floor, one has a shower, the other is equipped with a bathtub.
