The property is situated in the countryside, only ten minutes walk from the beautiful old town of Alcudia. There you will find many restaurants, bars, two large supermarkets, banks and more. The beach of "Es Barcarès" is only a 5 minute walk away, and the beaches of Puerto de Alcudia are 7 km away.
The villa has a perfect private parking for several cars and is surrounded by a large garden. Private pool and sun loungers under the sun or parasols. An outdoor shower by the pool... in its outdoor area... A covered and furnished terrace with a sofa, chairs and dining table and views to the garden and the pool completes it. It is the perfect place for outdoor dining.
The views from the terrace are across the open countryside and to the Serra de Tramuntana and/or the old town of Alcudia.
This villa can accommodate up to 8 people, is spacious and has all the comforts.
Inside, a spacious living room with sofas and dining table, armchairs, fireplace, satellite TV, wifi....
The sofa can be converted into a bed.
The spacious and modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything our guests need to prepare Mediterranean and locally sourced meals.
It offers three spacious bedrooms, two of them furnished with a double bed and large wardrobes. The other has two single beds.
Two modern and bright bathrooms with bathtub. And a terrace on the first floor offering stunning views of the area.
- Included in the price: Wifi, bed linen and towels (bath and pool/beach).
Stays of 14 nights (or more) also include a mid-stay towel change and light cleaning.
