A pretty, uniquely designed Binibeca villa situated in a quiet area, just 2 minutes walk from the well known fishing village and 10 minutes from the beautiful beach. The bars, restaurants and souvenir shops are all close by. The town Sant Lluís is about a 7 minute drive away and there is a regular bus service to Mahon. Other southern beaches can be reached within a 5 to 10 minute drive, and northern beaches are only 20 minutes away. The journey from the airport to the property takes 15 minutes.
Exterior:
Connected to the lounge is a shaded porch with distant sea views, which has been furnished with a stone table and benches for al fresco dining. The swimming pool (8m x 4m with roman steps) is surrounded sunbathing terrace and a spacious grass lawn.
Interior:
The villa is well maintained and the furnishings are comfortable. The property is distributed on one level had has been separated into the main house and annexe which is accessed from the exterior only.
