This modern property has been recently refurbished and is located en Cap d’en Font and less than 100 metres from the sea. Both Binisafúa and Biniparratx beach is just a 10 minute walk from the villa, and other south coast beaches can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. The towns Sant Lluís and Sant Climent, with shops, banks, churches, restaurants and other amenities, are approximately an 8 minute drive away. The journey from the airport to the villa takes 10 minutes.
Exterior
The villa is built on a 1.100m2 plot with large lawn garden. The swimming pool (6m x 3m) has a security fence for children and is accessed via roman steps. Connected to the lounge is a large porch furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining and a corner sofa for relaxing in the shade.
Interior
The house is bright and spacious with quality furniture and fittings. Rooms are distributed on two floors:
Ground Floor: lounge with patio doors leading to exterior porch, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and 1 shower room.
