Approaching the property will take you across an age-old stone bridge, delivering you to a marvellously peaceful location, surrounded by protected land with old pine and oak trees set in the midst of a wonderful and beautifully cared for Mediterranean garden.
There is a 12m heated* swimming pool , extensive gardens, Wi-Fi, , Satellite TV, 4 Air Conditioned bedrooms and the villa accommodates a maximum of 10 people.

There are a total of five bedrooms, four with ensuite bathrooms (3 with bath/shower, 1 with shower only), a large sitting room with an open fireplace, dining room, TV/reading room, and a charming country style kitchen.

One of the most enchanting features is the huge terraces upstairs and the equally large terrace at the ground level, both with extensive views and a variety of seating areas. There is a large swimming pool with sunbathing terrace with teak sun loungers. There is also a barbecue terrace with a beautiful round dining table with ‘lazy susan’ and integrated umbrella and comfy seats with a fire pit. There is also table tennis and table football for guests to enjoy during their stay!

Please be aware:
we advise that this property is not suitable for toddlers. The grounds of Ca’n Punxa are divided into various terraces and include many steps making it dangerous for unsupervised children.
The pool is also unfenced

*Pool heating is available on request for an additional fee of 300€ per week. €300 is the minimum charge for pool heating and covers up to 7 days. Thereafter it is €30/day. If you do not notify us with a minimum of 7 days before arrival, we can not ensure that the desired temperature is achieved.
Please note that the water temperature of the pool can only reach 5ºC above the outside temperature. This temperature can only be achieved if the heating is properly used (Please ask the person in charge of the check-in).
