This fantastic house can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. It has 5 bedrooms each one with built-in wardrobes , 4 bathrooms , a toilet ,a large fully-equipped kitchen , a spacious sitting room that leads on to a terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful sea views of the south of Mallorca, a rustic -style dining room, a huge swimming-pool various additional terraces ,a games room as well as free wifi.

Its location ,right opposite the Club Náutico of Sa Rápita and only a few metres from the beach , is unbeatable. You will also find supermarkets, restaurants and cafeterias nearby. The famous beach Es Trenc is only 700 metres away , the village of Campos , where you can find anything you need ,10 km and you can get to Plama by car in less than 40 minutes.

The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a lovely hall containing typical Mallorcan furniture ,a beautiful rustic-style dining room ,a superb kitchen fitted with everything you need from oven , dishwasher , fridge ,freezer , microwave to coffee maker ,and larder. On this floor there is also a double bedroom with en suite bathroom , a great living room with TV where you can you can rest or play after a day on the beach , a fabulous pool with sunbeds, set in marvellous terraces where you can enjoy sunlit breakfasts or suppers under the stars. In addition there is another bathroom and a courtesy washroom next to the pool.


On the top floor you will find a child´s single room ,3 double bedrooms one of which is the main suite that offers spectacular sea views as well as comfortable armchairs and a bathroom with ceramic shower plate. A pleasant sitting room and terrace can also be found on this floor.

All the rooms are bright and airy as they all have large windows and Mallorcan shutters. In addition to air conditioning and heating , there is also free wifi all over the house . You are provided with bed linen and a set of towels per person. You will also find a washing machine , an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer and coat hangers amongst other amenities. The house is in excellent condition.
