This modern and new holiday home is situated on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Sineu. It has a living area of 140 m² and offers space for up to 6 people.
Spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, TV with satellite channels and WiFi and a fully equipped, modern and open kitchen.
On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower accessible for the disabled. The other 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor.
In the outside area there is a 150 m² terrace, a covered terrace with barbecue and dining area with sofas where you can relax. There is also a small children's corner with a play area and trampoline.
There is also a 9x3.5 metre swimming pool and sun beds ready for you.
It is only a few minutes walk from the centre of Sineu with its beautiful cafes, restaurants and small shops.
Don't miss the famous weekly market on Wednesday!

- Tourist tax: 2,20 € per person (16 years or older) and night until the eighth night, then 1,10 €. From November to April 0,55 € and 0,27 € respectively.

This property in Sineu is excellent. Clean, well furnished and appointed, with very good showers!! From start to finish, Mallorca Charme, the agents, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was faultless.

Rundum war es ein total schöner Urlaub. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut.
Es fehlten lediglich Geschirrhandtücher + Handfeger/ Schaufel. Da konnten wir uns jedoch schnell behelfen.
Das absolute Highlight ist gar nicht mit auf den Bildern. see more
