Location:
Casa Monte Peñedo is located in Son Parc on the north coast of the island, only 15 minutes by car from the capital Mahon and 10 minutes from Fornells and Es Mercadal. The house is located at the end of a quiet street and is surrounded by pine forests.
Exterior:
The house is built on a double plot with a large lawn garden. The swimming pool (9mx5m) is surrounded by sunbathing terrace and is directly in front of a covered porch with outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining. The pool can be fenced for chidren and water can be heated.
Note: there is a gas butano plancha for customer use. Because the house is located in a pine forest, the use of the barbecue is not allowed due to the risk of fire.

The rooms are distributed over 3 floors and there is air-conditioning throughout:
Ground Floor: lounge/dining room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom (1.35m), 1 single bedroom connected to a double bedroom (1.80m) and 1 shower room.
First Floor: 2 twin bedrooms and 1 shower room
Second Floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, TV and large balcony with pool and forest views.
