Mar Blanca Apartments begins this season a new stage under the management of Mauter Villas, with improvements designed to offer a comfortable, well-maintained stay close to the sea.
This 2-bedroom apartment is part of a simple Mediterranean holiday complex, located just a few steps from Cala Blanca beach. It is a practical option for families or small groups seeking good location, rest and comfort during their holidays in Menorca.
It features new beds, a renovated sofa, air conditioning, updated furniture, carefully maintained décor and access to a communal swimming pool. The beach is about 100 metres away and there is a bus stop very close by, so you will be able to move around the area with ease.
The space
The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with two 90 x 200 cm beds that can be joined together to form a king-size bed, upon request, and another bedroom with a single bed. In the living room there is a 140 cm sofa bed, especially recommended for children or teenagers.
During this new stage under Mauter Villas management, important elements have been renovated to improve the comfort of your stay: mattresses, sofas, main furniture and decoration. It also has air conditioning, especially useful during the summer months.
The complex features a communal swimming pool with a shallow area for children, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the island.
In the surroundings you will find restaurants by the sea, walking areas, the Cala Blanca Cave and some of the most beautiful sunsets in Menorca.

The apartment was perfect... so clean and nice, the pool and chairs were a great addition. The beds are very firm, but comfortable. They provided snacks, water and pop, which was so nice. We came right before busy season so taxis were hard to come bysee more

We came right before busy season so taxis were hard to come by but Jennifer was helpful in reserving us a taxi for our departure. I would note that you are about 10 minutes from Cuitedella square/downtown. This is helpful to know to plan for transportation as a rental wasn't an option for us. Everyone in the areas was so nice and helpful, from the bus driver to the wait staff. There are so many great places to eat and drink nearby. Our favorite place to eat quickly became No Ni Nas and watching the sunset with amazing mojitos at Holas Holas. I would definitely return. Thank you, Jennifer!

Hemos estado en estos apartamento como en casa. A destacar la limpieza algo muy importante para mi y la piscina muy limpia también. Tal como pone en la descripción tenia colchones nuevos, sofá, sabanas, toallas de baño y de playa, menaje de cocina tosee more
Hemos estado en estos apartamento como en casa. A destacar la limpieza algo muy importante para mi y la piscina muy limpia también. Tal como pone en la descripción tenia colchones nuevos, sofá, sabanas, toallas de baño y de playa, menaje de cocina todo nuevo hasta detalles de bienvenida como alguna bebida aceite, sal papel de cocina etc. La ubicación es perfecta a 100 metros de cala blanca y con supermercados y restaurantes cerca. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue de 10 muy amable cordial y con respuesta al momento siempre a nuestra disposición para que nuestra estancia fuera tal cual fue de 10.
Sin duda repetiré si vuelvo a la isla y lo recomendaré a todo aquel que me pregunte. |

La ubicacion está muy bien viajamos en temporado baja y siempre encontramos aparcamiento al lado de del alojamiento. Muy agradable en general y muy fácil para gestionar con niños.
