A slight improvement would be to explain on the Airbnb platform that all comms will come from Mauter via email, WApptext. We worked this out fairly quickly but if you dont you wouldn’t haste the same expereince..

We were surprised by the warm welcome with a gift to start the day after the long journey. The house is great, the pool perfect, the surroundings great, so nearby Ciutadella and Punta , simply a villa that above expectations. Communication was also gsee more

Was all very clean. Air-con was a blessing. We were left alone to enjoy it all whilst knowing help was available if we needed it. Check in was very easy directions and entry instructions straight forward. Thanks MauterVillas for a great stay!

Nous aurions aimé avoir des condiments a disposition (poivre par exemple) , quelques pastilles de lave vaisselle. Au niveau des serviettes, totalement adaptée. il nous manquait le gel douche, shampoing comme annoncé.
